Where is your store based?  

We're an online store based in Sydney, Australia. We have a warehouse in Australia that we ship from and also from international suppliers 


My ring doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for another?  

Sure! Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your ring, send us the ring back and we can arrange for another size to be sent out to you. If the appropriate size ring is not in stock, we can arrange for a store credit or a full refund of that item. 
Please note however in asking for store credit that if an item is bought on sale, the sale price is the amount of credit that will be given not the full price of the product. For example if you paid $19.95 for a ring that was previous priced at $39.95 and ask to exchange for store credit the credit given to you will be $19.95.


How long does your returns and refund policy last?

30 days unless the product is faulty, damaged, not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description.

 

Can I return hair accessories or earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately not unless the product is faulty, damaged, not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description.


What's the process for a return?

Simply contact us as soon as possible via email stating why you would like to return the item, provide proof of purchase (such as receipt or packing slip and return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the item must be unworn,unusued in the same condition it was received and in a saleable condition. It also must have all original tags attached. Please note that you are expected to pay the cost for any items shipped back to Pzella® Accessories as per our refunds and returns policy.


What are your shipping fees?

We offer free shipping over $50, a flat rate of $10 for items under $50 to Australian addresses and a flat rate of $20 to International addresses.

What currency is your store denominated in?

Australian Currency (AUD).


How long should it take to receive my product?

Due to a combination of products being based in both Australia and overseas it may take 7-25 days to receive your product. Products are usually dispatched between 1-5 business days after the order. During busier periods such as the holiday season this may take slightly longer due to service delays.

Not at this point, for now we are simply an online store.
