Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless the product is faulty, damaged, not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description).
These policies are also in accordance and in addition to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) of which you have full rights as a consumer. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following products for change of mind for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
The following constitutes our policies upon returns, exchanges and refunds.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, Pzella Accessories is not required to provide a refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the product does not fit please see our exchange policy below. In some circumstances we may choose to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, but this is at our discretion.
If you make a return, please make sure that:
- You contact us as soon as possible and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to make a return also stating the reason for why you are returning the product.
- The product is in original condition and original packaging with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- The product must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that it was received and in a saleable condition.
- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
- You can provide proof of purchase (Please send us a copy of your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
- Pzella Accessories will not refund the original delivery costs or return delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty or non damaged product(s).
- Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the product(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Pzella Accessories.
- If products on sale or sold at a promotional price are returned, the amount refunded will be the amount that was paid by the consumer and not the full price of the product.
- We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Pzella Accessories
If a ring does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size please contact us and we can arrange for the appropriate size to be sent out.If Pzella Accessories does not have the product in stock we will either give you store credit for the product or we will refund you the amount you paid for the product should you so choose.
If products on sale or sold at a promotional price are exchanged, the amount exchanged will be the amount that was paid by the consumer and not the full price of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale products (if applicable)
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Pzella Accessories
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
