SHIPPING POLICY

 Delivery Costs

Spend over $50 AUD and receive free shipping.

For amounts below $50 the following rates apply:

Shipping is calculated by the weight and destination – and is automatically done at the checkout.

Location

We deliver Australia wide and Internationally. We recommend either a work address or PO BOX for prompt delivery. Please use a shipping address you deem safe - we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen orders once the delivery has been made.

At this stage we do not deliver to Belarus, Congo, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia or Zimbabwe. If you are not in our delivery area please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Cost


All prices are in Australian dollars.

If free delivery does not apply, a delivery fee will apply, as set out on the Site.

International Air Mail will cost a flat rate of $20.00 AUD for a maximum weight of 500 grams, this will take approximately 7-60 days for delivery from the dispatch date as some items come directly from the factory outside of Australia. We do not offer tracking services for international Air Mail. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 45 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Timing


We will normally dispatch the product within 1-5 Business Days (no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays) on the receipt of your order, unless otherwise noted on the Site. At busy times of the year or special events it may take up to 7 Business Days to dispatch products. Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company. We will deliver the product to the place of delivery you specify when making your order.

Pzella Accessories will arrange for delivery of the goods by Australia Post. Deliveries are processed through Australia post and once dispatched from Pzella Accessories will follow their terms and conditions which can be found at http://auspost.com.au/terms-and-conditions.html

The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from the time the customer receives the order dispatch email and not from when the order was placed.

In some rare cases weather and postal problems may cause delays. 

During busy periods - such as the Holiday season, it's commonly known the worldwide postal service will cause delays with deliveries. We cannot take responsibility for such delays.

If you have not received your order/s after 45 days after your order date, please contact us - any order/s that are reported missing to us beyond 60 days won't be replaced nor compensated.

 Orders are not deemed lost until 45 business days after the estimated delivery date.



 
If you are not available to take delivery on the agreed delivery date, you may be charged a delivery fee for each additional attempt for delivery. It is your responsibility to organise to pick up your order from your local post office, or contact the courier company to arrange another delivery date and time.

 For parcels that are un-deliverable and returned to Pzella Accessories a re-dispatch fee of $10 will be charged for the parcel to be re-sent. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable. Pzella Accessories will not be held accountable for the costs or retrieval of any parcels that have been wrongly addressed by the customer before dispatch.

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and where applicable a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

 

Method

We may deliver the products via a range of delivery methods. Standard deliveries made to the customers nominated delivery address will be presumed to be the customer and be authorised to receive the goods. All tracked deliveries where applicable, must be signed for. If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to take delivery, you will be notified, generally by the delivery company leaving a card with contact details so that you can arrange another delivery time and date.

Subject to Pzella Accessories returns policy, Pzella Accessories will take reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Pzella Accessories.

 

Title

Title in the products will not pass to you until payment has been made in full to Pzella Accessories and received by Pzella Accessories. If your payment is declined for any reason we reserve the right to reclaim the products from your possession, custody or control even if they have been delivered to you or moved from the delivery address. We reserve the right to keep or sell the products. Risk of loss, damage or deterioration to any products will pass to you on delivery.

 

Pzella Accessories reserves the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods.
